Senior Construction Manager – Eemshaven

Falcon Green is working in partnership with a leading European General Contractor renowned for delivering high-value, technically complex construction projects across the life sciences and mission critical sectors. As part of their continued expansion across the Netherlands, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee delivery of a major data centre campus in Eemshaven.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of site execution, from planning and coordination to quality control and subcontractor management. You will play a critical role in delivering this high-profile scheme to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the on-site delivery of all construction activities across the project lifecycle

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows

*

Monitor progress against schedule and budget, proactively managing any deviations

*

Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications

*

Liaise with design, commercial, and planning teams to resolve technical or logistical challenges

*

Conduct regular reporting to project leadership on milestones, risks, and resource needs

Requirements:

*

Proven track record in senior construction management roles on large-scale projects

*

Previous experience delivering data centres or similarly complex industrial builds

*

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and QA/QC processes

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive performance on site

*

Relevant construction or engineering qualifications
