Finishing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a main contractor on a new build housing association development in Rotherhithe. The project consists of a single block of 35 residential units.

The Role:

* Oversee and drive snagging/finishing works through to completion.

* Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all trades.

* Work closely with the site team to meet programme deadlines.

* Manage subcontractors and monitor progress on finishing stages.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential new builds.

* Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.

* Proven track record of longevity in previous roles.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
