Flagship Consulting is working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Construction Consultancies to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the private residential sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects and offering clear progression pathways.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work on a range of prestigious private residential schemes, managing cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers bespoke solutions for high-end residential developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documents

Managing the procurement process and advising on contract strategy

Providing post-contract commercial management

Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the private residential sector

Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)

Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and commercial acumen

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
