Associate Director (Project Manager)

A small, independently owned Project and Cost Management consultancy is actively recruiting an Associate Director (Project Manager) to be based in London.

THE COMPANY 

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy based in London, looking to expand their team. Projects are within the Private sector and include Leisure, Hospitality and Residential. Values currently range from £50 to £100 million so a fantastic range and size of projects. 

THE POSITION 

They are actively looking to recruit an Associate  to join their office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership on projects, assist with P&L and financial management for the office, be a pivotal part of the business development team and report directly into the Regional Director for the region. 

THE CANDIDATE 

The successful candidate must: 

Be a full member of the RICS 
Have experience working at a minimum of Senior level within a Consultancy environment 
Have experience working on projects within Property / Building 
Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £20 million 
Have good communication and client facing skills
