Assistant Site Manager
Our client are proud to be building quality new homes and thriving communities across the East Midlands and beyond. They are now looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their dedicated team on an exciting new development in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the homes are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction — on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Supervise subcontractors and trades, maintaining excellent on-site standards and productivity.
*
Monitor quality control, health and safety compliance, and site presentation.
*
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and schedules to keep the build programme on track.
*
Assist with inspections, snagging, and handovers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
*
Promote company values and commitment to quality and safety at all times.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about homebuilding and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a reputable house builder.
*
Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
*
A good eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and quality.
