Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Unlimited Annual Leave + More

Following a string of high-profile project wins and industry awards, they are now looking to appoint an Associate Project Manager to lead and grow their Birmingham-based team.

The Role:

Lead the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion

Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact

Oversee project teams and support the development of junior project managers

Contribute to business strategy, fee proposals, and team development

Help shape the Birmingham office’s growth and presence in the region

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy environment

Ideally chartered (MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) or working towards

Strong leadership and team management skills

Commercially astute with excellent client-facing capabilities

Passionate about quality delivery and driving team success
