The role

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Stoke-on-Trent office, focusing on pricing specialist joinery, wall panelling, timber doorsets, ironmongery, and general joinery packages. This is an opportunity to work within a close-knit estimating team, contributing to varied and interesting projects from tender stage through to handover.

Key responsibilities

* Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed and accurate estimates.

* Carry out material take offs and send enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers.

* Work closely with senior estimators and the wider team to ensure tenders are coordinated and competitive.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify scope and pricing details.

* Prepare and submit tender returns and supporting documentation in line with client requirements.

* Maintain and update internal pricing libraries and supplier databases.

What we're looking for

* Past experience as a joinery or doorset estimator (min. 2-3 years).

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
