Architect / Architectural Technologist

Anderselite are working with a long-established and highly respected architectural practice based in Hampshire who are looking to expand their team with the appointment of an Architect or Architectural Technologist. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-3 years' professional experience to take the next step in their career, working on a range of exciting new mixed-use projects.

The Role
You will be involved in the technical management and delivery of projects, with responsibility for producing design and technical packages and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. The practice offers a supportive environment where you'll have the chance to grow professionally while contributing to high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Delivering smaller-scale projects and contributing to medium-sized mixed-use schemes.
– Preparing and coordinating design and technical drawing packages.
– Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
– Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.
– Producing accurate work in line with company policies and procedures.
– Utilising Revit to deliver high-quality technical outputs.

Candidate Requirements
– 2-3 years' post-qualification professional experience.
– Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
– Strong Revit skills (AutoCAD experience advantageous).
– A portfolio that demonstrates technical capability and design depth.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work both independently and within a team.
– Must be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
