The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cost Manager to support the financial management of construction projects. You will oversee budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, working closely with project teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide pre- and post-contract cost management services (cost planning, procurement, valuations, contract notices).

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, ensuring transparency and compliance.

* Manage project variations and financial controls.

* Use digital measurement tools for cost plans and contractor submissions.

* Support risk management, value engineering, and procurement processes.

* Lead site progress meetings and attend valuation/site visits.

* Guide junior staff and engage in professional development.

About You

* Experience in cost management within construction.

* Knowledge of JCT contracts.

* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
