Senior Architect

Anderselite are proud to be working with a long-established and highly respected Hampshire-based architectural practice, who are seeking to appoint a Senior Architect with 7-10 years' professional experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Architect to take a key role in the growth and development of the practice's design team.

The Role
You will be instrumental in leading the design and management of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, from early concept stages through to delivery. The position offers the chance to make a real impact within a supportive and collaborative environment, while contributing to a wide range of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead the design and development of complex building types, including residential and mixed-use schemes.
– Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and client engagement.
– Produce and oversee design packages from concept through to technical delivery.
– Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.
– Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Candidate Requirements
– 7-10 years' post-qualification experience in architecture.
– Strong track record of delivering major projects.
– Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.
– Proficiency in Revit (essential).
– A portfolio that demonstrates capability in complex and challenging project types.
– Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
– Experience of client-facing responsibilities and day-to-day project management.
– Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
