Finishing Foreman Opportunity in Winsford

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson for a temporary ongoing role at £25 per hour on a new build development in Winsford. This key site-based position involves managing the internal works package and final snagging in preparation for handover.

As the main point of contact for internal finishing works, you will collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong background in internal finishes, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to quality control and site safety. Your responsibilities will expand as the build progresses, overseeing the full internal finishing program through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate internal trades and subcontractors
– Monitor and maintain high standards of quality across all internal works
– Manage installation of internal wall panels and subsequent finishes
– Ensure health and safety compliance on site
– Liaise with Site Management and Project Teams to maintain program timelines
– Conduct snagging, inspections, and ensure timely completion to a high standard
– Drive works through to successful handover

Requirements:
– Valid CSCS card
– SMSTS certification
– First Aid certification (desirable)
– Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson or in a similar role on new build residential projects
