About the Role

JobMatcha Recruitment are working with a leading contractor specialising in earthworks, stabilisation, and remediation, who are seeking an experienced Construction/Civils Estimator to join their expanding team in Paddock Wood, Kent.

This role offers the chance to become part of a progressive and growing organisation with a strong, long-term order book. You’ll take responsibility for accurate cost estimating and tender preparation across a range of civil engineering and groundworks projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in building and civils estimating, tendering, bid writing, or programming

*

Strong understanding of first principles estimating, including use of Excel, Word, and ConQuest

*

Knowledge of earthworks, stabilisation, and remediation (advantageous)

*

Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commercial awareness
