Monday–Friday (First 39 hrs): £35.20 per hour

Monday–Friday (Thereafter): £49.28 per hour

Saturday (All Night): £56.32 per hour

Role Overview:

Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Foreman with a strong construction and rail background to manage and coordinate subcontractors on the rail section of one of the UK’s busiest airports — Heathrow.
This role involves overseeing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and maintaining high productivity on a live rail construction environment within airside operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site teams and subcontractors.

Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

*

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.

*

Maintain accurate records of site progress and workforce activities.

*

Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.

*

Ensure all staff and subcontractors adhere to airside security procedures.

Requirements:

CSCS Gold or Black Card

*

SSSTS / SMSTS qualification

*

PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification

*

Proven experience supervising teams in live rail construction environments

*

Ability to pass airside security clearance and vetting
