Job Title: Site Supervisor/ Foreman
Location: Exeter

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/ Foreman to oversee civil engineering projects across Devon, covering highways, drainage, environmental, and utility frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and local authorities.
Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks.
Maintain accurate site records, timesheets, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and environmental procedures.
Support delivery of emergency and reactive works when required.Requirements:

Proven experience supervising civil engineering or utility projects.
SSSTS or SMSTS.
CSCS .
First Aid.
Full UK driving licence.
