Black Hat Supervisor
A well-regarded regional contractor is seeking an experienced Black Hat Supervisor for a six-week demolition project, working on behalf of a principal contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing on-site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Supervising labour and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulations.
* Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to senior management.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
* Managing site administration (such as work allocation sheets etc)
Requirements:
* SSSTS certification or CSCS Gold Card.
* Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role.
* Previous experience in demolition projects is highly desirable but not essential.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
