About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our team on high-end residential projects in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-driven, and capable of leading site operations to deliver exceptional finishes and ensure every stage of the build runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations on bespoke residential projects.

Lead and supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

*

Work alongside the site manager and project team to maintain programme, quality, and safety targets.

*

Carry out hands-on work where required, setting the standard for others on-site.

*

Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

*

Liaise effectively with clients, designers, and suppliers to maintain progress and clear communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Working Foreman within high-end or luxury residential construction.

*

Excellent technical knowledge and ability across multiple trades.

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

*

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.

*

Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium quality finishes.

*

Valid CSCS card and SSSTS (or equivalent) certification.
