Community Liaison Officer
We are proud to be supporting one of the world’s leading consulting engineering companies in their search for a Community Liaison Officer in Dublin.
Our client consults, designs and supports major infrastructure engineering projects across Aviation, Rail, Highways and Environmental/ Renewables projects
Through a recent project that has been awarded in the Dublin infrastructure market, our client now needs to appoint an experienced Community Liaison Officer to their Dublin team.
The Role:
* This role will involve engagement with a range of project stakeholders, including landowners, members of the public, community groups, businesses and elected representatives
* Acting as the primary point of contact for community queries, issues and feedback
* Record and document management
* Support conflict resolution, promoting constructive dialogue between stakeholders
The Candidate:
* Degree educated in a land or planning-related discipline e.g. Geography, Planning, or Estate / Property Management.
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in face-to-face meetings, as well as written content such as letters, emails, and communication material.
* Experience working on infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
* Flexibility in approach to managing workload, with the ability to multitask and prioritise when necessary.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing and reviewing complex legal documents and plans.
* A confident individual with a positive outlook and an approachable, friendly manner.
* The ability to work effectively within a large team, or to work alone as required
