Known for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services across the UK, they are now looking to expand their expert team with a skilled HVAC Engineer.
Purpose of the Role
As a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. You’ll play a key role in both the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems across a variety of sites, contributing to high standards of building comfort and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and install HVAC components including pipework, ducts, and control panels.
* Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
* Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, and quality checks.
* Maintain accurate records of work undertaken (e.g., daily worksheets, before-and-after photos, materials used).
* Adhere strictly to Health & Safety standards and safe working practices.
* Deliver work to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota (approx. 1 week in 4).
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HVAC or a related discipline
* CSCS card or equivalent
* Strong understanding of safe power and hand tool useExcellent timekeeping, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Able to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable using handheld IT equipment – basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
