Outbound Salesperson – Alpha Recruitment (Sheffield)

Alpha Recruitment is a leading supplier of skilled labour and professional staff across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for a proactive Outbound Salesperson to help us grow our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively contacting potential clients to introduce Alpha’s recruitment solutions.

• Managing leads, opportunities, and activity through our CRM and digital sales tools.

• Building and maintaining strong B2B relationships.

• Working closely with our recruitment team to deliver client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B outbound sales.

• Confident, articulate communicator with strong phone skills.

• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, sales automation tools).

• Results-driven with a professional, consultative approach.
