Site manager Nights
Role Overview
The Night Site Manager will oversee and coordinate all night-time site operations on the Parliament project. Will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all site activities during night shifts.
*
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
*
Monitor progress and quality of works, addressing issues as they arise.
*
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
*
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
*
Liaise with day management to ensure seamless project handovers.
*
Manage workforce productivity and adherence to site rules.
*
Report nightly progress, incidents, and delays to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Night Supervisor on major construction projects.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes, H&S protocols, and QA/QC procedures.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*
CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS certification (as applicable).
*
Active DBS
*
Experience managing large M&E projects
