Salary: £55,000 – £62,500 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a technically skilled Contracts and Small Works Manager to oversee our flagship contracts and associated small works projects. This role requires strong leadership and a solid technical understanding of commercial heating systems.

A background in commercial gas is highly desirable-current or former Gas Safe registration is a strong advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver contract and small works projects across CBRE accounts.

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to the team, particularly on heating and boiler systems.

Ensure financial control, cost tracking, and client reporting.

Foster strong client relationships and drive performance improvement.

Requirements:

Technical background in building services, ideally heating/mechanical bias.

Experience managing FM or small works contracts.

Commercial gas qualifications (past or present) advantageous.

Excellent communication, planning, and commercial management skills.
