We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Contracts Manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia office for an established multidisciplinary contractor.

This is a pivotal leadership role offering the chance to shape regional operations from the ground up, building a high-performing team, securing new business, and driving growth in line with the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and development of a new regional office to support operational growth
Create and deliver a regional growth strategy aligned with wider business priorities
Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new stakeholder networks
Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the energy, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors
Oversee all aspects of regional operations, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet commercial objectives
Requirements

Essential:

Proven senior management experience in the energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure sectors
Demonstrable leadership experience in building and developing operational teams
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage performance and profitability
Experience in business development and client relationship management
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
