Vehicle Marshall – Maidstone

Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Vehicle Marshall to join our team on a busy construction site in Maidstone. You will be running the gate as well as banking vehicles, you may also need to have a sweep and tidy id the gate gets quiet.

Job Details:

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Start date: 13/10/2025

Duration: 4 weeks

Pay rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00

Duties include:

Directing and guiding site traffic and deliveries safely around the site

Coordinating vehicle movements in line with site safety rules

Assisting with general site duties when required

Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Vehicle Marshall/Traffic Marshal ticket

Full PPE

Previous experience working on construction sites

Good communication and teamwork skills
