Registered Building Inspector (Class 2)

A leading client of mine in Essex is seeking experienced Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2) to join their Building Control team on a long-term contract basis.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from domestic builds to exciting commercial schemes (RBI grade dependent). The role offers flexibility to focus on the types of projects that best match your background, skills, and interests.

Role: Registered Building Inspector (Class 2)
Contract Length: Long-term running contract
IR35: Outside IR35 available

Rate: Up to £75/hr (equivalent to up to £135,000 per annum)
