Engineering Manager

We have been mandated to strengthen the technical department a leading 5* developer with an Engineering Manager post that will focus on large sites and strategic land from early-stage design through to and including delivery. You will be responsible for overall coordination of schemes up to 2000 units, driving the major infrastructure, drainage design and services to facilitate the development of parcels.

We require:

* Civil Engineering degree / qualification

* Expertise in highways, drainage and cut & fill strategies

* Demonstrable track record within large scale housebuilding / residential development

* Stakeholder management capability, both internal and external
