Leafing Operatives – Camberley (GU15)

We are currently recruiting Leafing Operatives to join the team based in Camberley.

This is a seasonal position running until 31st December 2025, ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting stuck in.

Role Responsibilities:

Sweep both sides of the road, ensuring all pavements and footpaths are cleared of leaves, litter and debris to back lines.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across assigned routes.

Work safely and effectively as part of a team in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

Must have own high-visibility clothing and safety boots.

Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work.

Will be subject to Drug & Alcohol testing on site.

Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude to teamwork.

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

Pay rate: £12.82 per hour (basic)

Induction Details:

Friday 10th October

Loaders / Sweeping Assistants: 10:00am
