Facade Estimator

Our client, one of the UK's leading specialist contractors in façade, drylining, and interior solutions, is seeking an experienced Facade Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team.

About the Role:
As a Facade Estimator, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of complex building envelope projects – from tender stage through to contract award. You'll prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, assess drawings and specifications, and collaborate closely with clients, designers, and in-house delivery teams to ensure bids are both competitive and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for façade packages.
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical data.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain accurate pricing.
Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
Support the pre-construction and project teams throughout the tender process.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience within facade estimating (essential).
Strong understanding of façade systems (cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing, etc.).
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
