This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice to offer expert design services to a wide of range of projects across the West Midlands. They are on the lookout for a Job running Architectural Technologist to take the lead on residential and commercial projects for their Birmingham office.

Manage and deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team membersSkills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

Relevant degree within architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Experience working across the residential and commercial sectors
Job running experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Previous experience in a client facing role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
