Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of public and private sector projects, from complex heritage refurbishments to contemporary redevelopments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project costs and budgets from inception through to completion

* Prepare tenders, valuations, and cost reports

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain financial control

* Support project delivery teams to ensure high standards of quality, time, and budget are met

* Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management and reporting processes

About You:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or refurbishment

* Strong commercial and contractual awareness

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence

* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
