Site Manager – Building & Refurbishment Projects | London & South East

Our client is a trusted partner in delivering building solutions across both public and private sectors, specialising in urban regeneration, refurbishments, and property upgrades. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their multi-disciplinary team and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects across London and the South East.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction sites from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget

* Oversee quality control, compliance, and adherence to company standards and client requirements

* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain effective communication

* Monitor site performance, including productivity, materials, and workforce management

* Ensure health and safety regulations are maintained, and risk assessments are up to date

* Manage site documentation, including reports, schedules, and handover records

* Support project planning and assist in resolving site challenges proactively

About You

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in building or refurbishment projects

* Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety standards

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively

* Committed to quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

* Full UK driving licence
