Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with an SME house builder to appoint a Site Manager near Bedale. This contract will be to assist with the build-out of the site with the final plots due to be completed by Christmas, with some customer care to be followed on.

The ideal candidate needs experience in house building and will of worked with builders producing a good quality product.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Management of programme

* NHBC Liaison

* Management of trades & sub-contractors

* H&S

* Ensuring CML's are met

* Customer Care

* Director updates

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience.
