About the Role:

As a Painting Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing on-site teams, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You'll oversee a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and public sector properties, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate painting teams across multiple sites in Hampshire

Ensure all projects meet quality and client expectations

Manage materials, scheduling, and site logistics

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Conduct quality checks and enforce health & safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in painting & decorating, with supervisory or team lead experience

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and H&S compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence

NVQ or equivalent qualification in Painting & Decorating (preferred)
