Your Responsibilities:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be the commercial backbone of each project. Your role includes:

Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates and budgets
*
Leading procurement and tendering processes
*
Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
*
Monitoring project progress and controlling costs
*
Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts
*
Advising on contractual matters and risk mitigation
*
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
*
Collaborating with project managers and site teams
*
Negotiating contracts and managing variations
*
Driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
*
Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development
*
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
