About the Company
We are working with a well-established regional building & refurbishment specialist who deliver projects across the industrial, retail, office, and local authority sectors. With projects valued up to £5m and a strong pipeline of new contract awards, they are now seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing refurbishment projects across Edinburgh. You will take ownership of site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within building/refurbishment projects

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred
