About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Designer or Senior Designer to join our growing team specialising in high-quality architectural façade solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative building envelope projects, from initial concept through to detailed design, collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce detailed façade designs, including cladding systems, panel layouts, and associated architectural components.

Prepare drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for client proposals, planning applications, and construction.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure designs are feasible, compliant, and delivered to the highest standard.
*
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
*
Mentor junior designers (for Senior Designer level) and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
*
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies in façade design.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Designer or Senior Designer within architectural façades, cladding, or building envelope sectors.
*
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar CAD/BIM software.
*
Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
*
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
*
Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership from concept to completion.
*
A portfolio demonstrating experience with façade design is essential.
Desirable:

Experience with aluminium, composite panels, or glazing systems.
*
Knowledge of building regulations, planning requirements, and technical approvals.
*
Experience leading small design teams or mentoring junior staff.
