Senior Contracts Manager – Bromley – Refurbishment & Roofing Contractor – Working across various sites and Head Office

Our client are a Main Contractor speciliasing in Refurbishment and Roofing Works based in Bromley and are looking for a senior contracts manager to join their team.

Duties for a Contracts Manager:

Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

*

Managing 2-3 Projects at once

*

Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies

*

Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

Experience:

*

Previous Strong Refurbishment or Roofing experience

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid & NVQ
