Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with a reputable architectural practice in Birmingham that’s looking to welcome an experienced Job Runner to its expanding team. Renowned for delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and community-driven design, this practice has earned a strong reputation for its collaborative ethos and impressive project portfolio.

Working across the Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors, this role offers the chance to take full responsibility for notable projects from initial concept to completion. We’re looking for candidates with proven project-running experience in the Commercial, Education, or Industrial sectors who can lead teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Manage projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery.
Serve as the key liaison for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining effective communication throughout each project phase.
Supervise internal project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure all deadlines and design objectives are met.
Guarantee compliance with building regulations, planning approvals, and design intent across all project stages.Qualifications and Experience for this Architect role:

Strong proficiency in Revit and sound knowledge of BIM processes.
Demonstrated ability to independently run projects across multiple sectors.
