Senior Architect

Job Title: Senior Architect – Residential Team
Salary: £36,000 – £50,000 per annum
Location: Gloucester

Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established architectural practice of over 120 professionals, now looking to welcome a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding Residential team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an architect with a passion for thoughtful, innovative design and a strong background in delivering residential projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with technical expertise in Revit, bringing design concepts to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: 

Lead projects from concept through to construction, including design development, technical documentation, and contract administration.
Manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules while maintaining design integrity and performance.
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits to carry out surveys, monitor progress, and resolve on-site technical or design challenges.What We’re Looking For

Accredited Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture with ARB registration.
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience within architectural practice, ideally with proven success delivering Residential projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Excellent design, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
