Furniture Assembler

I am recruiting for a Production Operative in Snetterton for a large furniture company.

I am looking for the following;-

Experience with moving and handling furniture.

– Experience with assembling furniture.

– Reliable and dependable.

– Self-motivated.

– Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

– Team player.

– Organized.

– Practical and able to use hand tools competently.

Main Responsibilities

– Assemble and build flat pack furniture (wide range of tables and bedroom furniture)

– Quality control check furniture before applying packaging.

– Picking parts from storage before assembly.

– Wrapping and packaging furniture ready for loading.

– Ensure keeping to schedule as set out by warehouse manager to ensure all furniture will be ready for loading.

– Unloading lorries of furniture and pallets (as required).

– Picking furniture and furnishings from warehouse storage ready for loading.

Past experience in the construction industry is necessary for this role.
