Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

Take ownership of projects across all stages, coordinating design and technical delivery with precision.
Produce detailed working and tender drawings, ensuring the highest technical and design standards.
Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications with confidence and accuracy.
Conduct site visits and surveys, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and local authorities to achieve outstanding project outcomes.Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 

Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice, ideally with exposure to the education sector.
Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Excellent design and technical detailing skills with a meticulous approach to accuracy.
Confident in project management and job running, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
