Duration: 1 month initially, with the opportunity to extend if the quality of work is provided

Rate: £350 per day

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team on a short-term contract in Oxford. You'll be responsible for conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a range of properties, ensuring full compliance with HSG264 and all relevant asbestos regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out asbestos surveys in accordance with company and legislative standards
Collect and record bulk samples accurately
Produce high-quality survey reports and asbestos registers
Liaise with clients and contractors, providing updates and technical advice
Maintain excellent attention to detail and a strong health & safety focusRequirements:

BOHS P402 and S301 qualifications – essential
Proven, hands-on experience conducting asbestos surveys across various property types
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel locallyWhat We Offer:
