We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our team in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your engineering and site management skills, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Job Purpose

To apply and develop your knowledge as a section engineer or site manager, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.

Key Requirements

* Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.

* Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.

* Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.

* Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.

* Resides locally to the area and drives

* CSCS

* First Aid

* 5 + years management experience

Desirable

* Experience preparing reports, method statements and risk assessments.

* Commercial awareness and ability to support business development.

* Relevant professional qualifications for example, SMSTS & TWC.
