Location: Kingston-upon-Thames, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £43k DOE along with Training & Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a detailed orientated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in the Southeast region, ideally with good access to the M25. Applicants will need experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, with the BOHS modules or equivalents. This company would like someone who can confidently carry out surveys and the full range of analytical duties, across various client sites. Ideally, you will be able to travel in line with client requirements. Experience / Qualifications:
– Must hold BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
– Worked for a highly reputable UKAS accredited asbestos outfit
– Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety and compliance standards
– Create detailed and structured reports
– Capable of using IT software, such as: TEAMS and Microsoft Office Packages
– Comfortable liaising with clients
The Role:
– Collecting samples from site and logging correctly
– Undertake asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
– Travel in line with company requirements
– Ordering workload to prioritise tasks
– 4 Stage Clearances
– Personal, smoke, background and reassurance air testing
– Working on a variety of asbestos removal projects
– Work on various client sites, including: domestic, commercial, and industrial premises
– Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
