Personal developmentDuties for the role of Conservation Architect include:
Produce feasibility works to bring existing listed buildings back into use
Take the lead on a range of projects from concept through to completion
Carry out site visits and contract administration
Act as the lead design consultant and liaise with clientsSkills and experience for the role of Conservation Architect:
AABC accreditation
Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as a Conservation Architect within a UK practice
Proficient with Vectorworks
Strong technical understanding of various construction types
Job running experience
Excellent design and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
