Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer (Permanent)
Location: Brentwood (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a leading residential developer? We’re currently recruiting for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing team based in Brentwood.

Responsibilities:

Preparing tender and contract documents
Cost planning and commercial management
Managing sub-contractor payments and valuations
Monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are adhered to
Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector (developer or main contractor)
Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial awareness
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
