The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations. A strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential, as you will be leading contract administration and providing guidance to both clients and internal teams. Key duties include programme management, risk control, stakeholder liaison, progress reporting, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout.

This role will suit a Project Manager who is confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. You'll be trusted to manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

The Project Manager

Demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role within a consultancy environment

Strong knowledge and experience of NEC contract administration is essential

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering)

APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management accreditation desirable

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
