Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finishing Manager to join an active construction scheme in the heart of Central Bristol paying £300 per day. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the finishing stages of a high-profile project, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all finishing activities on site, ensuring a high-quality standard is maintained.

Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors to drive project progress and meet deadlines.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Proactively resolve any issues or challenges to maintain project momentum.

Maintain clear communication with the project team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager in construction projects.

Strong, hands-on approach with the ability to spend the majority of time on site.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors.

Ability to problem-solve and maintain high standards under tight deadlines.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS) are highly desirable.

Start Date: October 20th, 2025.

Competitive rate of up to £300 per day (CIS).
