Site Manager (Property Refurbishment)

Location: Plymouth

Package: £40,000 – 45,000 with company van, fuel card and various other perks.

Our client, a property services contractor in, have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team in Plymouth on a property refurbishment job. Works will involve re-roofing, painting and some minor M&E works.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, including planning, coordinating trades, materials, and resources to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations, carrying out site inductions, inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Maintain quality control by inspecting works, resolving snags, and ensuring compliance with specifications and client standards.

Liaise effectively with clients, residents, and subcontractors, providing clear communication and minimising disruption during refurbishment works.

Monitor progress and report to project management, maintaining accurate site records, managing risks, and supporting smooth project delivery.

You will need:

* Site Management experience (ideally more than 5 years experience

* To have all relevant Site Management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card)

* Experience working on property refurbishment

* To have a driving licence
