Document Controller
Data Entry / Document Controller (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Gatley Office (with occasional travel to site)
Hours: Minimum 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Own transport preferred
We Are Footprint are recruiting on behalf of one of our key construction clients for a Data Entry / Document Controller to join their team. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will play a vital part in supporting the project and site teams by ensuring that drawings and key documents are processed, uploaded, and maintained accurately within the company’s construction management system, Procore.
Reporting to: Quality Manager / Corporate Services Manager
Main Duties
*
Process incoming drawings received via email and upload them to the Procore construction system
*
Ensure all uploads and filing are accurate and correctly logged
*
Print large-format drawings for distribution to site teams
*
Liaise with site teams to maintain up-to-date drawing registers
*
Upload key project documents to the system as required
*
Provide general administrative and document control support as needed
Key Attributes & Skills
*
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (essential)
*
Experience using Procore (desirable, but training can be provided)
*
Excellent attention to detail
*
Strong communication and organisation skills
*
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
*
Knowledge of construction terminology is advantageous, but not essential
