To ensure projects are delivered successfully, customer relationships are enhanced, project teams are supported, and business priorities are achieved.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

* Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.

* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.

* 5-10 years experience in management

Desirable

* Experience with risk and opportunity management.

* Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.

* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC and lift appointed person).

* Resides locally to the area and drives
